The course is taught by experienced and certified instructors who will guide you through all aspects of becoming a successful cabin crew member. From safety and emergency procedures to customer service and communication skills, our course covers everything you need to know to excel as flight attendant.
As a Cabin Crew Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through simulations and practical exercises.
Key Learning Outcomes and Skills
BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR CABIN CREW TRAINING
- Candidate must be 18 year or above
- Must possess SSCE or Higher Education Qualification
- Vision at least 20/40
- Height: A minimum of 158 cm
- Weight: proportional to height
- Gender: Male or Female
- Physically fit able to pass the pre-employment physical examination
- Well-groomed and practice good hygiene
- Professional, businesslike, polite and mature
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills- Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Flexible and dependable
- Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Able to work with people of diverse cultures
