Course Content/Key Topics

DAY 1 – VIRTUAL
Focus: Clarity, Mindset & Career Strategy
Key focus areas include:
• Life after cabin crew training
• Professional identity and airline perception
• Job scouting and application strategy
• Emotional intelligence and rejection management
• Ethics, integrity, and background readiness
• Day 1 helps participants think correctly before acting.

DAY 2 – PHYSICAL (PRACTICAL)
Focus: Execution, Presence & Professional Readiness
Key activities include:
• CV and document review clinics
• Interview simulations and response coaching
• Grooming, posture, and professional presence checks
• License, medical, and certification guidance
• Career growth, ratings, and industry access discussions

• Cabin crew graduates seeking airline employment
• Recent trainees (0–24 months post-training)

Entry Requirements

Participants must possess the following:

• either of SSCE, NECO, NCE, OND, HND, BSc, MSC
• Basic computer knowledge is required
• Good communication skill
