Cabin Crew Abi-Initio Training / Flight Attendant

Introduction

Cabin Crew Ab-Inito/Flight Attendant provides qualification for the youth and grooms them for Airline Cabin Crew profession.

Our State of art classroom facilities gives students the practical experience within the classroom. Students will be given familiarization visits to Airport, Hangar, Catering, etc. Furthermore Slide and Ditching drills will be provided as a part of the curriculum.

After all, participants will be examined by Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) and successful candidate will be licensed to operate as a professional.

Key Learning Outcomes and Skills

This course gives you a sound foundation on all aspects of the cabin crew profession along with the opportunity to explore both the challenges and the rewards such as:

• Managing passenger interactions in various circumstances and deliver exceptional service
• Meet and exceed inflight safety and service needs of air travel customers.
• Handle different types of safety emergency procedures through simulation exercises (ditching, hijack practical, fire-fighting and so on)

Entry Requirements

This course requires enrollees to:

• be at least 18 years of age
• possess SSCE or higher education qualification
• have vision at least 20/40
• have a minimum height of 158 cm
• have weight proportional to height.
• be well-groomed and practice good hygiene
• professional, businesslike, polite and mature
• excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• must be free of all street drugs, hallucinogens, narcotics, depressants and stimulant medications.
• must have NO visible tattoo or mark on the skin
• be physically fit able to pass the pre-employment physical examination
