Dr. Oludayo Taiwo Gideon (Ph.D, FCAI, MIHI, MITPN, DTTM, JP ) fondly referred to as (GidiBoss) hails from Akure-South LGA of Ondo State, Nigeria but was born and bred in Lagos State, Nigeria. His primary education was at Rabbi Int’l School, Lagos. Secondary was at Lagos African Church Grammar School (LafroGramms), Lagos. He is a graduate of Business Administration/Marketing respectively from Lagos State Polytechnic, Lagos. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management from National Institute for Hospitality & Tourism (NIHOTOUR) and bags a Doctorate Degree (honoris causa) in Business Administration from Prowess University, Dewalade, United State of America. He started his Aviation career in 2008. Today, he has acquired over twenty (20) professional certifications (Domestically & Internationally) in Aviation related trainings and managerial courses. He worked with notable Travel companies for about 6 years after which he ventured into his own business in 2014. Ever since, he has won numerous awards and significant accolades in the travel industry and beyond. He is a highly motivated and qualified professional with experience in various aspects of Travel & Tourism Management, Business Consultancy, Aviation Training, Customer Service/Management and Entrepreneurship amongst others. Dr. Oludayo Taiwo Gideon is the Group Managing Director/CEO of Aeroport Group comprising Aeroport Travels & Tours Limited; a full fledge travel Management Company, a financial member of NANTA since 2016 with NCAA approval and IATA accreditation. Aeroport College of Aviation & Travel Management; a Federal Government approved and NCAA accredited Aviation Training Organization. Aeroport Automobile Company; a licensed Car dealership, sales & maintenance company by the Ministry of Transportation. Aeroport Express Logistics; a NiPOST approved logistics & courier company. President of GidiBoss Foundation; an NGO established to impact and support younger generation to actualize their dreams & potentials. As a fun lover, he established GidiBoss Entertainment World. However, he has some other projections for the Tourism & Hospitality Sector waiting to be unleashed. He has held and still holds several leadership positions in religious, secular and professional offices. He has authored and published books on Entrepreneurship, Aviation, Cargo, Travel & Tourism and has also delivered papers on Hospitality and Tourism home and abroad. He is the Country Director, Public Relations for Institute for International Hospitality Institute (IHI). A two-term Publicity Secretary for National Association of Nigerian Travel Agencies (NANTA). He was inducted into the Tourism 100 Club and awarded as one of the Top 100 Tourism Personalities in Nigeria during Abuja Jabamah 2019, 2020, 2021 & 2022 respectively. He was also awarded the CEO of the Year 2021 at Nigeria Business Award in the Aviation Training Institute category and an Ambassadorial Award by the Rotract Club in 2022 amongst over 40 other awards. He is a Fellow of Corporate Administrator Institute (FCAI), Member of Institute for Tourism Professionals of Nigeria (MITPN), Member of Institute for International Hospitality Institute, UK. (MIHI), IATA Diploma Holder for Travel & Tourism Foundation and Management (DTTF & DTTM). He is a Patron of Tourism Consultant Club of Nigeria (TCCN) & Patron of Nigerian Tourism Lovers Group (NTL) amongst others. GidiBoss is widely travelled, upwardly mobile, highly versatile personality  with passion for impacting and touching lives positively. He is keen about putting smiles on the face of the needy and supporting the less privileged. He is a lover of God, a Prophetic Evangelist, a mentor to many souls and father of many Travel Professionals. He is happily married and blessed with miraculous children.
